UNDATED (WSAU-Wheeler News) The Mega Millions' jackpot continues to rise. It's at $189-million for Tuesday night, after nobody won the top prize last time.
Thirteen players around the country won the quarter-million dollar second prize on Friday night. None were from Wisconsin. The total number of Wisconsin winners was not immediately available.
Last Tuesday, just over 7,700 Badger State players won something -- less than a normal Powerball drawing in which the jackpot is not nearly as high as Mega Millions is now. T
he current jackpot has been building since July 26th and has rolled over 18 times. Tomorrow's cash option is $129-million for a single winner who takes the whole prize now instead of in yearly installments. The Powerball jackpot is at $70-million for Wednesday night.
