KRONENWETTER, Wis. (WSAU) -- A Kronenwetter police officer is finished serving a suspension. Officer Andrew Zortman was suspended six days without pay and forfeited his 4 remaining vacation days for misconduct.
Zortman was found to have accessed records of people or vehicles for personal and not law enforcement reasons while off duty. Zortman served his suspension from July 28th until August 2nd. He was warned by Police Chief Dan Joling that he needs to live his life “to a higher standard than the remainder of society.”
Future misconduct could get Zortman dismissed from the force.
