ADAMS, Wis. (WSAU) -- Officials say no animals were harmed in a fire at the Adams County Humane Society.
That fire started early this morning at the shelter. Shelter workers were able to get all of the pets out of the shelter safely. A Facebook post from the shelter says a washer or dryer appears to have been the cause.
All of the shelter's cats were moved to the Columbia County shelter, but the dogs will remain in Adams County.
