Final Score: Philadelphia 9, Milwaukee 7

MILWAUKEE, Wis. (WSAU-TSN) - Domonic Brown homered and drove in three runs and the Philadelphia Phillies beat the Milwaukee Brewers 9-7 on Tuesday.

Chase Utley also had three RBI for the Phillies, who have won the first two games of the four-game series after being swept in Pittsburgh at the tail end of a 3-13 stretch.

They won despite starter Kyle Kendrick (4-8) giving up seven runs on 11 hits in 5 2/3 innings.

Five of the runs came in the first inning on Scooter Gennett's solo homer and Lyle Overbay's grand slam. Mark Reynolds added a two-run shot for the Brewers, who fell to 1-7 in their last eight games.

Wily Peralta (9-6) went just 4 1/3 innings for Milwaukee. He gave up nine runs on eight hits and three walks.
