WAUSAU, Wis. (WSAU) -- A Wausau woman will not go to jail for attempting to force a man to have sex with her. 53-year-old Terry Boyd pled no contest to disorderly conduct charges Friday in a plea deal, where more serious false imprisonment charges were dismissed.
Boyd was charged with holding two men against their will until one of them met her demands in August of last year. The two men were trapped in the upstairs level of a Wausau house, yelling for help from the windows when officers arrived.
Judge Michael Moran deferred judgement for nine months. He could still send Boyd to jail after the case is reviewed November 24th.
