WISCONSIN RAPIDS, Wis. (WSAU) -- A woman charged with transporting a large amount of pot from Colorado to Wisconsin has reached a plea deal.
23-year-old Alyssa Clapper pleaded guilty on Wednesday to three counts of maintaining a drug trafficking place and one count of delivering marijuana. Police arrested Clapper and 25-year-old Aaron Keuntjes of Greeley Colorado in November following a traffic stop and a K9 search. The two were caught carrying 12 pounds of marijuana and a large quantity of specialty marijuana infused candies.
Clapper will spend 120 days in jail and three years on probation in the case.
Keuntjes is due in court for a plea hearing May 27th.
