RHINELANDER, Wis. (WSAU) -- A Wausau man facing four charges in Oneida County court managed to get his fifth charge sitting in the courtroom. That’s because 30-year-old Kurtis Cline tried to hide his bag of methamphetamine under a seat cushion in the courtroom.
He didn’t get away with it.
Cline has a long history of cases including theft and forgery. He got a break on the four bail jumping charges he was in court for but plead no contest to the meth charge. Cline is currently free on a signature bond until his sentencing July 29th.
