August is loaded with fresh veggies from gardens and farmers markets..so it happens that you will see a few odd ones in the bunch. Odd looking potatoes, tomatoes, and carrots!! Remember the story of the lady who lost her wedding ring and found it years later in her garden..a carrot had grown straight through the ring!! Wow!! And this…um…gem? Not sure whether to peel 'em or put pants on them…LOL. Show me your weird looking veggies!!!
