MEDFORD, WI (WSAU) — A late-August gun incident in Taylor County has led officials to a large cache of THC in Rib Lake.
Sheriff’s officials recently announced the seizure of over $36,900 in drug money along with hundreds of marijuana vape cartridges and jars of high-grade THC wax. The discovery came after a tip to investigators regarding 20-year-old Trinity Kaiser, who was arrested after a shooting incident outside a Rib Lake home.
Kaiser is suspected of firing rounds from an AK-47 into a home back on August 26th. He was arrested a few blocks from the residence without incident.

In addition to the drugs and cash, officers also found a Ford Focus that may have been used to run drugs between California and Wisconsin.
Kaiser is currently jailed on a $10,000 bond for one count of first-degree recklessly endangering safety. Drug-related charges from the recent bust are also expected.
