WOW! Is all I can say. One week and the biggest difference in my health is my sleep! I have an Oura ring which is a health tracker, every morning it gives me my sleep score. The sleep score is determined by measurements of: total sleep, efficiency, restfulness, REM sleep, deep sleep, and latency (the amount of time it took you to fall asleep).

When I first met with Katrina I told her that improving my sleep was one of my goals. Dr. Babiarz hooked me up with Magnesium powder to mix with water half an hour before bed and apparently itโs working. Itโs probably a combination of this and the added movement and healthier eating.
So far it has been difficult fitting in the exercise as I had assumed it would be, but I am doing my best.
As far as the healthier eating goes, that part has been no problem. My husband has decided to join me because it is a lot easier to be successful if someone is making these changes with you, heโs lost 7.5 pounds! Iโve only lost 2. Katrina cheered when I told her that, โTwo pounds in a week, Nikki, thatโs not nothing!โ She is such a great person to have coaching me along this journey!
I keep reminding myself that this is more than a weight loss program, it is an overall health program and the weight is supposed to come off slowly. The health change I can celebrate right now is the improved sleep. I feel so much better throughout the day. I have more even energy and Iโm able to be more active.
