I could be at work, home or even the grocery store, and I’ll still try to find a way to move my body. To me, movement looks like many different things. I could be at the gym lifting weights, walking on the treadmill or even doing yoga and stretching out my body. Most people think that workouts take too much time and they need to dedicated hours to specific movements and equipment and exercise. That’s not the truth at all. If you pair exercise with something you are already doing like watching tv while walking or doing squats or arm exercises, you won’t even notice how much time goes by since you will be distracted by your favorite show. I personally walk on my walking pad in my apartment while I watch Stranger Things or the Office. It’s made the time go by so much quicker as I walk and it helps clear my mind.
