HONG KONG (Reuters) – Chinese tech giant Baidu on Monday said it had terminated its share purchase agreement with Nasdaq listed JOYY Inc, according to a Hong Kong stock exchange filing.
JOYY operates video-based entertainment live streaming business in China.
