LOS ANGELES, CA (MetroSource-WSAU) — An early lead help up for the Dodgers in a 4-2 win over the Brewers in Game One of their NL wild card series in Los Angeles.
The Dodgers had two bases-loaded walks in the first and Mookie Betts doubled in a run in the second for a 3-0 lead.
Orlando Arcia got one back for Milwaukee with a solo homer in the fourth, but Corey Seager connected in the seventh to put LA back up by two.
Walker Buehler and Julio Urias combined for 13 strikeouts over the first seven innings, with Urias getting the win. Kenley Jansen got the save.
Brent Suter got chased in the second and took the loss.
