Wisconsin Badgers
TUSCALOOSA, ALA (WSAU) — The Alabama Crimson Tide built a big lead and went on to beat Wisconsin 38-14 on Saturday in Tuscaloosa.
The 19th ranked Crimson Tide were up 21-0 at halftime and then called up a gadget play to start the 3rd quarter that went 75 yards for another score.
Bama QB Ty Simpson was 24-29 for 382 yards and four touchdowns. Badger QB Danny O’Neill went 11-17 for 117 yards with a TD and two interceptions.
Wisconsin’s two scores came on a 95 yard kickoff return from vinny Anthony II and Jayden Ballard with a a 41 yard TD pass from O’Neill.
The Badgers, now 2-1, will begin Big Ten play this Saturday vs Maryland.
