Chalk Fest

ChalkFest 2024 will transform the sidwalks of downtown Wausau's 400 Block into an animated, colorful masterpiece. Join us for the 20th anniversary of this tradition starting in 2004.

ChalkFest 2024 starts Saturday June 22nd at 8am lasting up until 8pm and Sunday the 23rd from 8am - 4pm. Both days will also feature a children's tent that kids under the age of 12 can go and create their own masterpiece at. Children's ChalkFest registration begins on Saturday, June 22nd at 9am and lasts until 4pm in the 400 Block.

If you would like to participate and reserve a space, pre-regrestration is required and begins May1st at 9pm. Chalk spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis.
