I tried a tasty new product..Trigs Honey BBQ Bacon. First of all..Bacon is incredible on its own..when you make it with honey and BBQ flavor..it becomes a new level of bacon..a flavor explosion!
One thing to remember when cooking this bacon is remember that honey cooks like sugar..sugar can burn easily..so cook this low and slow while you’re prepping your cheeseburger, loaded hotdogs..or in this case..a salad. A couple of strips of Trigs Honey BBQ Bacon did the trick for one salad.
If a salad ends up being your meal..fry an egg and top it off!! Hope you give this new Honey BBQ a try!!
