I could be at work, home or even the grocery store, and I’ll still try to find a way to move my body. To me, movement looks like many different things. I could be at the gym lifting weights, walking on the treadmill or even doing yoga and stretching out my body. I am in no way a professional or a skilled athlete who is training for something, but I still want to make sure my body keeps it’s mobility for as long as it possibly can, and you should want that too! I am working with the experts at Health In Motion to learn the safest and best ways to move my body, and hopefully it helps you too.

Jordan and I talked about common myths and misconceptions people have about stretching. Jordan explained how you can never stretch too much. She actually said you should be stretching before AND after your workouts. Any type of movement is good movement, just make sure to get yourself loose and stretch your muscles out as well.
