LONDON, Aug 21 (Reuters) – Meghan, the wife of Britain’s Prince Harry, is in advanced talks to appear in “The Gentlemen”, a Netflix series directed by Guy Ritchie, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
The report comes after the surprise news that Harry, who stepped down from official duties in 2020, will return with Meghan and their two children to live in Britain from their current home in California.
The discussions are around a part in the third series of “The Gentlemen”, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
A spokesperson for the couple did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
The first series of “The Gentlemen” was about a man who unexpectedly inherits his family’s country estate, only to discover that it is at the centre of a sprawling cannabis empire and Britain’s criminal underworld.
The second series will appear on Netflix next month.
