Timothy Mischock
WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) — A Wausau man will serve prison time after pleading guilty to his 6th OWI.
Timothy Mischock will serve three years in prison and four years on extended supervision as part of a seven-year sentence handed down by Judge Michael Moran. The 47-year-old will also have his driver’s license revoked and pay fines.
Mischock was pulled over on New Year’s Eve in 2024 after an officer observed him swerving in and out of his lane. The 47-year-old refused a field sobriety test; officers then arrested him on probable cause and ordered a blood test.
The officer also noted that Mischock did not immediately pull over after they activated their lights and siren. He was also swaying and struggling to stand upright while talking with officers.
