Lihua Wang
SCHOFIELD, WI (WSAU) — The owner of a Schofield massage parlor is accused of offering sexual contact to clients as part of their experience at the business and now faces a felony count for keeping a place for prostitution.
Lihua Wang, owner of Sakura Spa, was arrested this week after a lengthy investigation that began in early 2024 when officers received an anonymous tip about sexual services offered at the business.
An undercover officer posed as a new client at the business in February 2024 and noted that the masseuse routinely touched his genitals without consent, then offered an “additional service” for $20, which he declined. The officer noted that Wang arranged the massage but did not perform it.
Police then monitored the business for two years. Investigators also found the business listed under the escorts section of a classified ad website.
The 64-year-old appeared in court on Thursday and was released on a $2,000 cash bond with conditions, including surrendering her passport and not leaving the state of Wisconsin. Further court action is scheduled for October 22nd and 26th.
