ELCHO, WI (WSAU-WAOW) – A woman who was reported missing by the Langlade County sheriff’s department has been located and is safe.
Late last week the sheriff’s office was looking for a 36-year-old woman who left home in late September and hasn’t been heard from since.
Brittany Marvin unexpectedly arrived at her family’s home in Elcho on September 26th. Her family says she was argumentative and acting delusional. She left after about 30 minutes, leaving behind two nicotine vape pens.
Officers say Marvin was at a rehab facility in the Upper Peninsula before arriving at home. Her family says they don’t know how she got to their home or where she went when she left. It’s also unclear if she was picked up or left on foot.
No further information has been released.
