SAN FRANCISCO, CA (WSAU) – The Brewers were shut-out, 3-0, by the Giants to begin a 6-game West Coast road trip.
Grant McCray hit his first major league home run in two years. Tyle Mahle pitched into the 7th inning for the Giants and got the win.
Luis Arraez started the scoring with an RBI double in the 3rd.
Brewers starter Brandon Sproat took the loss, allowing all three runs in 6-innings of work. His record falls to 3-6 this season. The Brewers offense managed only three hits.
