LOS ANGELES, CA (WSAU) – The Brewers three-game losing steak is over thanks to a 9th inning rally against the Dodgers, 5-4.
Jake Bauers delivered an RBI single with two-oiuts to bring home the winning run.
The Dodgers entered the final inning with a 2-run lead, but Edwin Diaz allowed four consecutive hits, including RBI singles from Jackson Churio and Garrett Mitchell. Diaz has blown three of his last four save opportunities.
The Brewers lead the NL Central by 4 games. The Dodgers are up by 8 in the NL West.
The series continues in Los Angeles on Friday night at 8:05pm CT on WSAU. Robert Gasser will pitch for Milwaukee.
